Stegmier family photos and biographical sources
The Stegmier (also spelled Stegmeier) family emigrated from Germany to Grand Rapids, Michigan in the 1890s. The collection contains a family history by Jack Stegmier, news clippings regarding Irwin Stegmier and photographs dating circa 1890 to 1910, plus 1980 images of Jack Stegmier. The material provides information on the Stegmier relatives and their lives in America. Photographs include interiors of a tailor shop and saloon during the first two decades of the twentieth century.

Stocking School PTA records
This collection contains scrapbooks and meeting minutes of the Stocking School Parent Teacher Association in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The organization was first formed in 1906 as the Mother's Club at Seventh Street School. The scrapbooks include newspaper clippings, photographs and programs. Information covers the school, principals, teachers, students and parents. Some material from the city and state level of the Parent Teachers Association is also included.

Street Railway Weekly, later Trolley Topics, was a periodical published by the Grand Rapids Railway Co., a nationally recognized leader in the street railway industry. It was designed for the use of the electric streetcar patrons of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Distributed at no cost, the pamphlet format combined jokes, facts, entertainment news and an editorial espousing the company line. The issues document the impact of the automobile and the bus on the streetcar system.
