Taken in 1951 by the mortgage company Hartger & Willard, these photo negatives show a new development on Dorroll St. NE. The images include newly built homes and views of the street. The negatives themselves were discovered in poor condition and were scanned before further degredation. The original envelope indentifies fourteen negatives but only nine were found. See staff for digital images.
