Abstract The Francis Hall collection contains lists of graves of veterans of United States wars in various Michigan cemeteries, 1754-1939. Abstract This collection is made up primarily of the personal papers and photographs of Sara Kinglsey Smith (1872-1963), daughter of former Grand Rapids Mayor, Henry S. Smith, and Isaac Platt Powell (1838-1903) spanning the years from 1884-1935. Issac Powell married Helen Griffith Smith, Henry Smith's second wife and stepmother of Sarah Smith, in 1890 following Henry's death.
