John Douglas Images Collection
John A. Douglas is a Grand Rapids, Michigan filmmaker and film critic. This collection contains primarily slides and negatives as well as 16mm films. The images depict buildings and scenes around Grand Rapids, primarily the downtown area. The films appear to be promotional films from companies in the Grand Rapids area.

Morris photo collection
Murch S. Morris (1880-1963) was a photographer for the Grand Rapids Herald. This collection contains over 400 photographs of Grand Rapids (Mich.), believed to have been compiled by Morris. The images date primarily from 1924 to 1931 and concentrate on churches, streetcars, veterans, Veterans Park, the 1928 state gubernatorial campaign, the Grand Rapids Centennial celebration, the flood of 1926 and fires in the Grand Rapids area.

On the Town photographs
On the Town is a free publication highlighting arts and entertainment in the Greater Grand Rapids area. It began in 1982 as Downtown magazine, changed its name in 1984 to On the Town, and is now part of the MLive Media Group. Donated by Joanne N. Bailey, former editor of On the Town magazine, this collection of negatives and contact sheets were produced in the 1980s for On the Town.
