1. Built as the Rasch House, 1878, E. bridge & Canal St., N.W. corner. Name changed to Clarendon Hotel, 1880. Name changed to Charlevoix Hotel, ca. 1906. Razed in 1922, replaced by Rowe Hotel. This view on E. Bridge (later Michigan) with the canal behind / under the railing at left, and Canal St. (later Monroe) crossing Michigan at the corner. Neg. #4029.
