Invitations, flyers, and political ads mark his run for the position as Congressman. One set of invitation cards uses a design by graphic artist Stephen Frykhom (Herman Miller), which he created for a poster promoting VanderVeen's 1974 campaign. Other documents, including a few letters, a newsletter “On the Record”, and brief reports, tell of his work while in Washington. Some items document his work back...
