The photographs are arranged into five broad categories: publicity photos; bill signings and announcements; people and events; buildings and miscellaneous. There are many unidentified photographs. It may be possible to identify some of these by referencing other papers in the collection, such as newspaper clippings. Many local and state politicians are included in the photographs.
