Series X. Local Legacies Project materials

This series contains minimally processed material compiled for submission of Festival of the Arts to the Local Legacies Project, part of the Library of Congress Bicentennial celebration. The material was compiled by Eileen Schwarz-Duty and Kathy Kuhn in 1999, both who had served as past chairpersons of Festival. The contributions were permanently housed in the Library of Congress American Folklife Center.
