Biographical / Historical

Helen Feltman grew up in the Grandville Ave. area and was a member of the Central High School class of 1925. She went onto Grand Rapids Junior College. Most notably, Helen Meade was secretary to Mayor George W. Welsh. (See Collections 158 and 317.) Her high school scrapbook contains the names of fellow members of her graduating class in addition to their signatures, newspaper clippings and photographs.
