General

These items depict the area near the “Arcade” with an address range of perhaps 123-139+ Pearl. However, the identifications on the images are not all together correct. Most of the images were taken in 1979, with several showing a portion of the Terry House Cafeteria, at (137)-139 Rood Building. However, these are identified as the old Midtown Theatre/Power Opera House Building, which was actually at 123-125 Pearl. The Arcade, during this time period, is given as between address 123 and 135, although it appears to be shown in the building next to the Terry House/Rood Building in the 1979 image.
