Shows a drive with side rail guides and moving horse drawn carriages, and a train. Verso note: North Park Railway Co., owned by Charles C. Comstock. Large home in center is Comstock home. Line ran from Sweet St. to North Park. This may be the early North Park community before the Pavilions and does not show the river.
