Small b/w photos mounted on gray boards. This set includes a type historical note on a sheet of paper about the same size as the photos, signed by Frank V. Smith, former City Treasurer. The note states that this structure was called the old Livingston Reservoir, and that there was a break through the dike wall of the reservoir on the East side, flooding the hillside east of Belknap Park, starting at 5 am.
